Small Business Accounting Assistance

Our staff is trained in bookkeeping. They can assist in setting up accounting systems, including setting up paperless offices. We work either in person or remote to help keep clients books up to date. When requested, we can pay bills and keep the books and records up to date.

“Ghost” CFO Services

Many of our clients find that they can handle day to day accounting operations, but find that they need more advanced accounting or finance assistance. We can assist with budgeting, negotiating contracts, organizing systems, etc. We have also helped clients locate accounting personnel when needed.

Strategic Business Planning

A small business at some point will find a need for a “second opinion” as to how they are doing, or they may wish to have the business prepared for the “next level” of success. We have been involved in numerous business success stories. Our approach is an overall approach that encompasses the goals of the owners and their personal financial situations.

Succession Planning

“The only thing in life that is certain is death and taxes”- A business that has not planned for the death, disability of the owner or the future of the business (after sale or gift) is likely planning to fail. Succession planning involves determining how the business will continue under any unplanned event. A successful succession plan will reduce the stress that occurs upon any of these events.

New Business Formation

When a new business is created, the owners must make a number of decisions about the form of entity, how to operate the business, what sytems will make sense for the business, etc. Our experience includes assistance with almost all types of business formations. Mr. Allmon’s background includes many years of planning for entities, even for ongoing businesses (an existing business must continually review its form of business to determine whether it is still the most efficient form). He has been responsible for forming, and destroying hundreds of entities to ensure efficient business operations.
