Tax Preparation

With a Masters in Taxation (from USC) degree and over 30 years of experience, Mike prepares tax returns to minimize the tax liability based on his clients’ level of tax risk. We also identify planning issues during the preparation of tax returns (income tax planning, estate planning as well as other financial opportunities).

Tax Planning

To reduce tax liabilities to a minimum requires careful planning. We minimize our clients’ overall taxes by focusing on all components (alternative minimum tax, regular income tax, social security taxes, etc.)

Our tax planning includes techniques to defer, shift and eliminate taxes based on our clients’ comfort levels. We assist our clients in reducing not only income taxes (and all components), but also gift taxes and estate taxes.

Tax Problems

Our preparation services include minimizing government interest in the returns that we prepare. However, if they challenge a tax return that we prepared, we represent our clients as an advocate for them.
